User Agreement

This User Agreement describes your relationship with Tonal Learning when you use our AI-assisted Thai language learning service.

The service

Tonal Learning provides conversational tutoring through Lexi, with Lumi observing engagement to help Lexi adapt. Lessons introduce vocabulary in context — not through drills or tests.

Your account

• You are responsible for your credentials and account activity.
• You may update your name, gender expression (pronouns), email, and password in Settings.
• Password changes require a confirmed email address and are rate-limited for security.
• You may opt in or out of anonymized research participation after beta; beta sessions are never included in research writeups.

Adult learners

The service is designed for adults 18 and older. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

AI limitations

Lexi and Lumi are not human teachers. They do not provide professional advice. Thai language guidance is educational, not certified instruction.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
